Lasagna soup
Saturdays are my day of rest. It’s my day that I intentionally take moments to be still and stop from all of the busyness. It’s something that I’ve done for years and really centers me as we enter a new week. It’s also my day to catch up on my TV shows and watch movies I haven’t watched yet. I hope that your Saturday is comforting, relaxing, calm and rewarding.
I love comfort food. This Lasagna soup was comforting, warm and cheesy. I made my first Lasagna soup over a year ago. This soup has been created by many other and has gone viral and there are so many recipes all over the internet. When I created it the first time, I cooked the soup completely different. You can check it out here. This NEW recipe is much easier and quicker.
It’s been cold and rainy here in Houston so this is a perfect dish for rainy or cold days.
Happy Saturday.
