Football season is here! This past weekend was filled with lots of great games of football. Did you see that game last night between Baltimore and the Buffalo Bills? Wow what an ending! That’s crazy.

Today’s recipe is my Smoked bbq party ribs. This is my easy, lazy, ribs recipe. So easy. Only a few simple ingredients. I used a Memphis style rub.

“In honor of Elvis Presley’s™ 90th birthday, Golden Steer is proud to partner with the Presley Estate on a limited-edition flavor celebration. From a booth takeover at our iconic Vegas steakhouse to this Memphis-style rub, we’re paying tribute to the King — where he dined, and now, where his legacy lives on.

This Memphis-style rub is more than a seasoning — it’s a showstopper. Smoky hickory, sweet brown sugar, and a bold blend of spices bring the heat, while tangy vinegar and Worcestershire add a velvety finish worthy of the King himself”.
