This past weekend we had the opportunity to try the newly opened Corner Seafood and Wings in Youngsville, LA.
We are so excited to have a new restaurant that is a casual dining Seafood and Wings spot.
Here are a few of the dishes we tried, Fried Catfish with Shrimp Fried Rice. The fish was perfectly fried and well seasoned and served with fries or rice. The rice was delicious as well.
The Teriyaki Chicken with White Rice had a nice flavor and I loved the chicken with the white rice. Served with a side of steamed cabbage and broccoli. It was similar to rice and gravy. A good choice.
Corner Seafood & Wings has a dish called the Beng Beng chicken. This dish was similar to a bang bang shrimp, but with chicken instead. The Beng Beng chicken was bland and needed a little spice. Served with shrimp fried rice. A good combo. I loved the idea but the spice level was lacking.
We also tried the Thai Chile wings. So good! The chicken wings were spicy and fried nicely. I loved the heat of the wings which were served with french fries. The fries were seasoned and yummy.
Overall everything was delicious. Corner Seafood & Wings has a really good variety menu.
I loved that I could order my food online and pay to pick up. They also have a drive thru which was perfect. The service was on point and quick!
In addition Corner Seafood has Salads, Chicken Wings, Po-boys and Seafood Baskets. We welcome corner seafood to the Youngsville area. So happy for the new variety.
