Creamy Avocado Salsa
Most of my recipes start with either a new product I found that inspires me to create a dish. Or a particular piece of meat, seafood and side item.
I went to a Farmer’s Market here in Cypress and they were selling this yummy Creamy Avocado salsa.
Creamy Avocado Salsa
Spicy goodness, packed with lots of flavor. Perfect for Fish Tacos, Salads, Dips and much more.
Ingredients
- 6 whole Catfish
- 1 Can of kernel corn
- 1 Can of black beans
- Cilantro chopped
- Seasoning Season to Taste
- 1 large bag Romaine Lettuce
- 3 Diced Tomatoes
- Mission Tortilla Strips
- Fresh Creamy Avocado Salsa Pain Train
- Pam Butter Spray
- Pam Olive Oil Spray
- Cumin
- small piece butter

This Creamy Avocado Salsa can be eaten with so much. A great compliment to any salad, tacos, chips and dip spread and much more.
The salsa is spicy, creamy and so good!
I created this Grilled fish salad and used this salsa as the dressing. Oh my goodness!
A few simple ingredients:
- Catfish
- Pain Train Fresh Creamy avocado salsa
- Seasoning of choice
- Romaine Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Black beans
- Corn
- Cilantro
- Tortilla strips
- Olive oil pam spray
- Pam Spray
- Cumin
- Season the Catfish.
- Spray pan with Pam spray. Add fish to pan. Spray with olive oil pam spray.
- Broil fish until cooked. About 8 minutes or so.
- While fish is cooking. Heat black beans all the way through until cooked. Season with cumin. Set aside.
- Heat corn with butter and a little seasoning. Set aside.
- Remove fish from oven set aside.
- Dice the tomatoes
- Build salad, lettuce, fish, add corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, cilantro and tortilla strips. Serve with creamy avocado salsa. So good. Can’t find this brand try with your favorite creamy avocado salsa.
