I love Salads. Creating my own is one of the only ways I eat Salads. Simply because so many restaurants don’t know how to build a salad that is filling. Yes the salad may be gorgeous but will it be filling based on the amount of ingredients.
I recently ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad from Room Service while staying at a hotel. What a disappointment? I was so disappointed. The salad lacked appeal and had more lettuce and very little toppings. A big no no.
So I am creating my Kickin’ Chicken Caesar Salad.
This Salad is one of the easiest salads to create. With only a few simple ingredients. A yummy Dinner Solution that even the kids will love.
