I’ve been making a lot more Salads at home. We are trying to get back on track with our Fitness and Eating habits.
I created this simple and easy salad which is perfect alone or as a side dish to pair with a Steak, Pork Chop or your protein of choice.
I’m including a video of how to build the salad as well. So easy!
Bacon Wedge Salad
Bacon Wedge Salad is a yummy option for lunch. But it can also be a delicious side salad to pair with Steaks, Grilled Chicken or your protein of choice.
Ingredients
- 1 bag Texas Toast Chipotle Cheddar Tortilla Strips Generous Amount
- 1 bag Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Fancy Generous Amount
- 6 strips Thick Cut Apple Wood Smoked Bacon
- 1 head Head of Lettuce
- 1 jar Brianna Home Style Chipotle Ranch Dressing
- 1 bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese Fancy
- 1 pint Colorful Cherry Tomatoes Rinse and sliced

Bacon Wedge Salad
Ingredients:
- Texas Toast Chipotle Cheddar Tortilla Strips
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Thick Cut Apple wood Smoked Bacon
- Head of Lettuce
- Chipotle Cheddar Ranch Dressing
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Fry the bacon in a skillet. Drain the bacon on the paper towel.
- Cut the bacon into bite size pieces. Set aside.
- Rinse the tomatoes.
- Slice the tomatoes
- Cut off the butt end of the head of lettuce.
- Drizzle a generous amount of dressing on top of the lettuce.
- Top with a generous amount of Bacon, Shredded cheeses and tomatoes.
- Finish with Tortilla Strips.
- Enjoy.
