A few weeks ago my teen traveled away for a leadership conference with her school. While she was away
she texted me mom please make me a good meal for when I return. I had already planned to do this, but
it was nice hearing her asking me to cook for her. It’s good to know that my kids love my food. But they are spoiled šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚.Ā  I whipped up this yummy Fried chicken taco bowl topped with spiral Alfredo pasta. Finished with fresh Parmesan and herbs.
