Pastabilities Chicken pasta salad

  • Taco seasoning 
  • Chicken tenders 
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Black beans 
  • Shredded cheese
  • Pastabilities pasta
  • Spicy ranch dressing 
  • Tomatoes 
  • Sliced Jalapeños 
  • Tortilla strips
  • Olive oil 
  • Salt
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Slap Ya mama for the corn
  • Cumin for the black beans

Directions:

  1. Add water to a pot boil. Add in salt. Boil. 
  2. When boiling, boil pasta according to package.
  3. Season the chicken tenders with taco seasoning.
  4. Add in some olive oil.
  5. Air fry the chicken or grill the chicken. If using the air fryer, cook at 350 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Flip halfway through cooking.  
  6. Heat the corn with butter and seasoning. 
  7. Heat the black beans. Season with cumin.
  8. Drain the pasta. 
  9. Add to a bowl. Toss the pasta in spicy ranch. 
  10. Build the pasta salad.
  11. Lettuce, pasta salad, top with chicken, corn, black beans, tomatoes, cheese, jalapeños and tortilla strips. 
  12. Serve with more spicy ranch dressing.
  13. Enjoy.
