My kids love Kolaches. On the weekends, we often pick up Kolaches from our nearby Donut shops.

I decided to make some at home for the kiddos for breakfast during the week.

Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a pan with Pam Olive Oil Spray.
  3. Heat sausage in a skillet.
  4. Spread Flour on a board.
  5. Roll your rolling pin in flour to prevent the croissant from sticking.
  6. Use the rolling pin to roll out the croissants. Roll the ends of the croissant with rolling the pin.
  7. Place the cheese and sausage, roll over, tuck the side, ends and roll.
  8. Should look like a pig n the blanket.
  9. Melt butter and set aside.
  10. Bake the kolaches for 9 minutes at 350 degrees.
  11. Remove the kolaches from the oven. Bast the kolaches with the melted butter.
  12. Optional Step: Top with This is Everything Seasoning or you can bake it with just the butter. My kids don't like the This is Everything Seasoning so I just basted their kolaches with butter.
  13. Return to the oven. Bake for an additional 7 - 9 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Remove from the oven.
  15. Serve and enjoy.
