It’s Taco Tuesday! An easy Taco Night with these Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas. Tacos are always easy to prepare. But I found a new way to make my chicken fajitas. Chicken Fajitas in the air fryer. Super easy.
Ingredients:
- Chicken tenders (boneless and skinless)
- Soft and fluffy tortillas
- Fajita seasoning (1 pack)
- Sliced veggies (onions, red bell peppers, green peppers)
- Rice A Roni Mexican style (optional side dish)
- Shredded cheese (optional)
- Shredded lettuce (optional)
- Creamy salsa verde sauce (optional)
- Cilantro (optional)
- Olive oil ( 1- 2 tbsp, optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the air fryer.
- Remove the chicken from the pack. Wash and pat dry.
- I sliced the chicken tenders that were larger in half.
- Add the chicken and veggies to a bowl.
- Season the chicken and veggies with the fajita seasoning. Mixing well.
- This step is optional, I added a little olive oil. Mix.
- Add the chicken and veggies to the air fryer. Spread evenly.
- Set the air fryer on the chicken setting to 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Flipping the chicken halfway through.
- Heat your tortillas.
- Add the lettuce.
- Top with the chicken and veggies mix.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Finish with cilantro.
- Enjoy.
