March Madness is officially here! 🏀🏀 Did you complete your bracket? I’m done with mine. But I think there will be a lot of upsets especially on the women’s side.

Our house is ready to watch and cheering on our team!

In time for March Madness I have a new wings recipe, my Alfredo Chicken wings! I wanted to keep things light with this one. Instead of chicken Alfredo pasta just my Alfredo wings.

Air Fried wings, topped with Alfredo sauce, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese and fresh parsley. Finger licking good. An easy no carb version.

I used my dual air fryer to prepare the wings. Shop here

  • Chicken wings (1.5 lbs)
  • Slap ya Mama (Low sodium) seasoning
  • Smoked paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Four cheese Alfredo Sauce
  • Parmesan and mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Fresh parsley

  1. Rinse and pat dry chicken. Set aside.
  2. Season the chicken with slap ya mama, smoked paprika and garlic powder. Set aside.
  3. Spray the air fryer baskets with pam.
  4. Add in the chicken wings. Don’t overcrowd.
  5. Set the air fryer to dual cooking at 350 degrees.
  6. Cook for 20 – 22 minutes.
  7. Shake the baskets halfway through.
  8. When the wings are almost done, heat up the Alfredo sauce in a sauce pan.
  9. Remove the wings from the air fryer. Place on a serving plate.
  10. Pour the Alfredo sauce on top of the wings. Generously.
  11. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese.
  12. Finish with parsley.
  13. Enjoy together as you watch March Madness.
