I am not a big pork eater, but I love a good pork chop sandwich every now and again. Well since we are on a journey of healthier eating, I decided to prepare my pork chop in the air fryer. This Air Fryer Pork Chop was delicious.
Typically my pork chop sandwiches consisted of a fried pork chop with lettuce and tomatoes, mayo and a little mustard. All between two sliced breads. Yum.
This sandwich was so easy to make. Plus it was not as messy as preparing fried pork chops.
