I love a good kitchen appliance. This Ninja Creami allows you to create Ice cream, sorbet, gelato, frozen yogurt, creamiccino, frozen drink, slushies, milkshakes and Italian ice.
So yummy. After trying this appliance for a few month. I willl say it was a great investment. I will share lots of yummy creations in the future.

My little one is officially back in school. Now both kids are back to school. Which means back to our routine.
During the school year, I prepare quick meals. Meals that typically include shortcuts. But it will always be a hot meal.
Pasta is a meal that I cook often, why? This is a meal my kids love. But I always switch up my spaghetti recipe. This one is a Chicken, Ground Beef and Sausage Pasta. So good. Add a salad and Garlic bread. Your kids will love it.
I tried a different Pasta Sauce, Napoletana which is a roasted garlic sauce. So quick and easy.

My crew and I stopped in at Howdy Ice Cream. Howdy Ice Cream is an Ice Cream that employs individuals with Special needs. Did you know that Special needs individuals are apart of the huge number of under-employed groups.
The ice cream is made in house. All homemade! A proceed of all proceeds go to a special needs organization of some kind. I love that!
The desserts were yummy and the service was great.
A family friendly atmosphere. My kiddos enjoyed the treats.

Sundays we often stop in at new restaurants for lunch. We stopped in at Michy’s Chino Boricua. Michy’s is a fast casual restaurant. A spot to grab a quick bite, comfort food style food, small plates. Michy’s serves Chinese Puerto Rican food.
Here’s what we tried:
* Orange chicken with fried rice
* Fried chicken with fried rice plate (pretty good)
* Boneless bbq ribs (super tender)
* Jalapeño Churrasco
* Sushi Pizza (best item)
Overall we loved our experience at Michy’s. Michy’s is a family friendly restaurant. The food and service was great. Everything we ordered was made to order. Looking for a quick meal that’s not fast food but more like home-cooking check out Michy’s. @eatmichys
