It’s the weekend and boy am I glad. It’s been a long, busy week.

I am looking forward to relaxing and catching up on some of my favorite shows.

One of my favorite things to eat when I’m relaxing and watching TV is Loaded Nachos. There is just something about a delicious plate of cheesy nachos.

This Wild Alaskan Salmon from Vital Choice was moist and delicate. It has less fat than the wild sockeye salmon and is a leaner cut of fish.

I created this delicious Blackened Wild Alaskan Silver Salmon topped with Mango Salsa on a bed of yellow rice. Garnished with Fresh Dill from my garden. Delicious 😋

I am sharing the easy step by step way to prepare your eggs. As well as the inexpensive accessory I used in my instant pot.

Perfect for a egg salad sandwich, boiled eggs with seasoning or for deviled eggs.
