Blackened Fish & Shrimp Summer Salad
Summer Salads are perfect for any Summer Day. I am stepping up my salad game by adding Fish and Shrimp to a simple summer salad.
Blackened Fish and Shrimp Summer Salad
It's Summer time and a nice salad is always refreshing in the midst of the heat. I have stepped it up a notch by adding my favorite seafood.
Ingredients
- Zatarian's Blackened Seasoning
- Salmon
- Pam Spray
- Shrimp with tail on
- Balsalmic Vinaigrette
- Red Wine Vinaigrette
- Pecans
- Feta Crumbles
- Romaine Lettuce
- Sliced Strawberries
- 1 Mango
- Slap Ya Mama
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder

Blackened Fish & Shrimp
Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Blackened Seasoning
- Shrimp with Tail-On
- Mango
- Strawberries
- Feta Crumbles
- Red Wine Vinaigrette
- Balsalmic Vinaigrette
- Pecans
- Pam Spray
- Romaine Lettuce
- Slap Ya Mama
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Season the Salmon with Blackened Seasoning. Set Aside.
- Season the Shrimp with Slap Ya Mama, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder. Set Aside.
- Spray Pan with Pam.
- Add Salmon skin down to the pan. Then the shrimp.
- Broil for 8 - 10 minutes or until completely cooked.
- While cooking the seafood. Prep the salad.
- Place romaine in a bowl. (Rinse if not rinsed prior to bagging).
- Peel Mango and slice. Set Aside.
- Rinse Strawberries. Pat Dry and Slice. Set Aside.
- Remove the skin of the salmon.
- Add Salmon and Shrimp to the salad.
- Add Mango and Strawberries.
- Add Feta Crumbles.
- Add Pecans.
- Serve salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette or Red Wine Vinaigrette.
- Enjoy.
