Golden Steer has new seasonings , the Lemon Pepper Spice Blend and the Salt and Pepper Seasoning Blend. I used these two in my NEW recipe, “Seafood Pasta Salad”. This pasta salad is so easy to make and it can be made ahead of time on busy nights. The perfect 30 minutes or less meals.

I used the sauce on my Baked BBQ Ribs. These ribs were so easy to prepare. I prepared these in the oven. So anyone can make these fall off the bone ribs.

As the new year is here, we are working to be more mindful in our meal preps. This is a new healthy recipe, Salmon bites Mediterranean bowl. The Salmon was seasoned with the Afia Z’atar seasoning which is a “Savor the rich flavors of the Mediterranean with Afia’s blend for Za’atar, a staple in the Levant that combines crunchy sesame seeds and the tang of sumac with earthy herbs, creating a harmonious symphony for your taste buds. We are in the season of busy. Both of my kids are currently in their Fall Sports which means a change in our schedules. One thing I work hard to do is making sure we have home cooked meals nightly. It requires planning on my part to make sure this happens.I had the opportunity to work with a new brand called “Afia”. Afia is company that creates Mediterranean Spices. The spices are all non-go, no preservatives. Available in 3 spice blends, Shawarma, Za’atar and Baharat 7 spice.Today’s recipe is Chicken Shawarma Skewers with the Shawarma seasoning.

A popular game day delight is Buffalo chicken wings. Typically fried wings served with french fries, celery and carrots. Well I decided to switch up our normal game day buffalo chicken wings meal with a healthier version, my Buffalo Chicken salad. This salad was one of my favorite salads that I have prepared in a long time. So easy and the perfect week day meal that can be prepped ahead of time with the exception of the chicken. This salad was tasty, filled with lots of textures and delicious well-balanced flavors. So good. A healthy meal for any day of the week!
