When you hear the word Box Combo, what comes to mind? For me it’s Raising Canes. I love Raising Canes. For those who don’t know Raising Canes originated in Baton Rouge, LA. Now I have to say, Canes is better in Louisiana than here in Texas. That’s my opinion and I’m sticking with it.

As the new year is here, we are working to be more mindful in our meal preps. This is a new healthy recipe, Salmon bites Mediterranean bowl. A popular game day delight is Buffalo chicken wings. Typically fried wings served with french fries, celery and carrots. Well I decided to switch up our normal game day buffalo chicken wings meal with a healthier version, my Buffalo Chicken salad. This salad was one of my favorite salads that I have prepared in a long time. So easy and the perfect week day meal that can be prepped ahead of time with the exception of the chicken.
