Spicy Buffalo Chicken Soup

Fall is right around the corner. One of my favorite things about Fall is eating soup. I love Soup Season. This simple 20 minute soup was so good.
Created this recipe around a brand new product that I found by Campbell’s Soup, Spicy Buffalo Style Cream of Chicken. Beware it is spicy. I topped it with some the NEW sargento red pepper cheese. Yum.
Only a few ingredients will make a delicious soup. Serve with crackers.

I’m back with another 30 minute meal or less. Butter chicken is something that I love to eat at Indian restaurants. I’ve never made it from scratch. But Patak’s makes a delicious sauce in the jar. Really good.For those who may not know, Butter chicken is a northern India dish that consist of a rich, tomato-based curry with chicken. Buffalo Chicken Salad

It’s Wellness Wednesday! My Buffalo Chicken Salad. This Salad is made with two of my favorite companies that I work with monthly, Just Meats and Farmhouse Delivery.

Buffalo Chicken salad on a bed of romaine lettuce and mixed greens, sliced buffalo chicken from Just Meats, tomatoes, bacon, shredded cheese, farm fresh eggs, elbow pasta tossed in ranch dressing and fire chili ranch dressing. This salad is one that my entire family loved. Including the picky eater. So good.

This meal was created in under 3o minutes. Busy nights don’t mean eating fast food. So moms who may have kids who are athletes and have late practices or games. This meal can be prepared in a short period of time. I toss in the pasta for carbs for my kids after games or practices.
