Air Fryer Shrimp 

The Air Fryer has become my Best Friend during this Quarantine. Why you ask? Because I can create tasty, easy, simple and the best part quick meals for my family.

This Air Fryer Shrimp had my entire family absolutely thrilled.

Served on a yummy Pretzel bun.

Air Fryer Shrimp

Air Fryer Shrimp with Tarragon Aioli. Also served on a Pretzel Bun.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 - 1.5 lbs Fresh Shrimp Rinse and pat dry before seasoning
  • Tarragon Aioli or Aioli of choice
  • Sprouts Generous amount
  • Pretzel Buns
  • 2 - 3 big Tomatoes Sliced
  • Slap Ya Mama Season to taste
  • Onion Powder Season Generously
  • Garlic Powder Season Generously
  • Smoked Paprika Season Generously
  • 4 Mini Cumcumbers Sliced
  • Pam Non-stick Spray
  • Pam Cooking Spray Olive Oil

I created a Pretzel Shrimp Sandwich. This sandwich was a hit at my house with my entire family. My grandma was impressed with this sandwich.

Ingredients:
  • Peeled and deveined Fresh Shrimp (medium)
  • Aioli of choice (I used a tarragon aioli) recipe is still in development
  • Sprouts
  • Pretzel Buns
  • Tomatoes
  • Slap Ya Mama
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Mini Cucumbers
  • Pam Non-stick Spray
  • Pam Cooking Spray Olive Oil

Directions:
  1. Peel and devein the shrimp.
  2. Rinse and pat dry.
  3. Season the shrimp with Slap Ya Mama, Onion powder, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Set aside.
  4. Preheat the Air fryer.
  5. Prepare tomatoes and cucumbers. Set aside.
  6. Spray Air Fryer with Pam Spray.
  7. Add Shrimp to Air Fryer.
  8. Spray with Pam Olive Oil Spray.
  9. Press the shrimp Icon on the Air Fryer. Set the temperature at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Flip half way through the cooking process.
  10. Time to build the sandwich. Heat the pretzel bun in the oven or toaster oven for a few minutes.
  11. Spread the aioli on the top and bottom bun, add tomatoes to the bottom bun, then the cucumbers, pile on the shrimp, top with Sprouts and finally the Pretzel bun!
