A few weeks ago we attended the Houston Auto Show.
I am including a link of this previous blog post. https://dastylishfoodie.com/2020/02/houston-auto-show/ in case you missed it.
After attending the show, we headed to grab a bite to eat.
There were food trucks lined up outside the NRG Center.
We decided to try Four Flavors Food Truck. Four Flavor is serving up Authentic Creole Cuisine.
A Gourmet Creole and Cajun Kitchen.
The Boudin Balls was meaty with rice. Great flavor. Spicy. Served with a dipping sauce. Really yummy.
Seasoned French Fries topped with Crawfish Étouffée. The Crawfish étouffée reminded me of home. A simple creole/cajun dish served on top of fries. Great choice.
We also tried the Combination platter. This platter included Fried Fish, fried shrimp, a huge boudin ball, fried hush puppies and Crawfish étouffée, rice and garlic bread. A nice option for us to share. Delicious.
This food truck reminded me of Louisiana. A good choice for us after the Houston Auto Show. So fun.
