If you’ve been following me for any length of ti If you’ve been following me for any length of time you know that I don’t drink. I am often approached by alcohol companies about collaborations and I refer them to other fellow bloggers. Recently I was approached by Regatta Craft Mixers. Though they are not an alcohol company they work with bloggers to create cocktails. Regatta Craft Mixers takes your cocktail game to the next level. I explained to Regatta Craft Mixers that I would be using their products in a different way than most is that ok? They gave me liberty to create how I wanted to. Boy am I glad that they did. I love challenging myself to use products that I would normally not work with. It was a lot of fun creating this one for my family. Regatta has a Ginger Beer that I was super excited to try. There are times I want to create dishes that usually include beer but I’ve never had a substitute for it. This ginger beer was perfect for the pulled pork. Just in time for the NFL playoffs my Pulled Pork Sliders. I slow cooked this Boston Pork Butt on my Traeger. The addition of the Ginger Beer really intensified the flavors. 📸: Pulled Pork Sliders on a butter slider buns, topped with coleslaw and Spicy Escabeche, served with watermelon and chips. Washed down with ginger beer with a little simple syrup, lime and blueberries. For those who don’t know Taco Cabana specializes in Tex-Mex inspired food that is made fresh by hand. It’s been a busy day of errands.
