Box Combo at Home

When you hear the word Box Combo, what comes to mind? For me it’s Raising Canes. I love Raising Canes. For those who don’t know Raising Canes originated in Baton Rouge, LA. Now I have to say, Canes is better in Louisiana than here in Texas. That’s my opinion and I’m sticking with it.

I had the honor of collaborating with a company called Fly by Jing. Jing founded Fly By Jing in 2018. Her company was inspired by the amazing flavors of my hometown Chengdu and its famous fly restaurants— These were soulful hole-in-the-wall eateries. She said that the food at these eateries were so good, they attracted diners like flies. @flybyJing

Using only real, high-quality ingredients (nothing artificial, ever), we create eye-opening flavors that transform the way you feel about flavor”.
