A popular game day delight is Buffalo chicken wings. Typically fried wings served with french fries, celery and carrots. Well I decided to switch up our normal game day buffalo chicken wings meal with a healthier version, my Buffalo Chicken salad. This salad was one of my favorite salads that I have prepared in a long time. So easy and the perfect week day meal that can be prepped ahead of time with the exception of the chicken. This salad was tasty, filled with lots of textures and delicious well-balanced flavors. So good. A healthy meal for any day of the week!

Fall is right around the corner. One of my favorite things about Fall is eating soup. I love Soup Season. This simple 20 minute soup was so good.
Created this recipe around a brand new product that I found by Campbell’s Soup, Spicy Buffalo Style Cream of Chicken. Beware it is spicy. I topped it with some the NEW sargento red pepper cheese. Yum.
Only a few ingredients will make a delicious soup. Serve with crackers.

I’m back with another 30 minute meal or less. Butter chicken is something that I love to eat at Indian restaurants. I’ve never made it from scratch. But Patak’s makes a delicious sauce in the jar. Really good.For those who may not know, Butter chicken is a northern India dish that consist of a rich, tomato-based curry with chicken. This dish is often served with rice, flatbread, or cucumber salad.I prepared this quick, tasty meal in 20 minutes that my entire family loves. @pataksusa

Recently I took a day trip to Lafayette to celebrate my birthday with my grandma. We share a birthday and I couldn’t miss celebrating with her. She’s 93, WOW! What a blessing. We checked out a brand new restaurant called The Chimes. The Chimes is popping right now. A very popular restaurant serving many Louisiana classics like étouffée, fried seafood, burgers, Poboys and much more.

One of my favorite things about being a Blogger/Content Creator is attending Media events. Now let me say not all Media events are created equally, but there are some that are amazing, over the top, informative and creative. I’ve been too quite a few amazing Media events both locally and via my travel collaborations.

Let me tell you this Girls Who Grill event that I attended a few weeks ago didn’t disappoint. This event was organized, well planned, fun, creative and was a whole vibe.

I am not much of a sandwich eater, but there is one sandwich that is my favorite and has been for a very long time, Monte Cristo. Bennigan’s Restaurant had the best Monte Cristo. This is the spot that I first enjoyed a Monte Cristo. Many Many years later this is still one of my favorite sandwiches. The Bennigan’s in Louisiana where I used to live closed before we relocated to Texas.

Last week I was craving a Monte Cristo. There isn’t a Bennigan’s here in Houston, so that meant I needed to create my own if I wanted to eat it.
