I have a few versions of my étouffée. But I took a shortcut with a product from Slap ya Mama called their Cajun Étouffée sauce. It’s hard to believe that Crawfish Season is coming to an end. This Louisiana girl loves Crawfish. Since Crawfish season is coming to a close, I think I will add this to Summer, my Cajun Chicken Boil. It’s Wellness Wednesday! My Buffalo Chicken Salad. This Salad is made with two of my favorite companies that I work with monthly, Just Meats and Farmhouse Delivery.
Buffalo Chicken salad on a bed of romaine lettuce and mixed greens, sliced buffalo chicken from Just Meats, tomatoes, bacon, shredded cheese, farm fresh eggs, elbow pasta tossed in ranch dressing and fire chili ranch dressing. This salad is one that my entire family loved. Including the picky eater. So good.
This meal was created in under 3o minutes. Busy nights don’t mean eating fast food. So moms who may have kids who are athletes and have late practices or games. This meal can be prepared in a short period of time. I toss in the pasta for carbs for my kids after games or practices.

The McRib sandwich from MCDonalds was a popular sandwich when I was a teenager. For those who may not remember this sandwich was a bbq rib sandwich with pickles and onions. People would go crazy for this sandwich. It could be because it was only for a Limited Time offer. The sandwich is available each year in November. Every time this sandwich is available people go crazy. I made my own version of the McRib Sandwich. My sandwich is a Twice Pork Rib Sandwich. I used pork Ribs and Bacon in my BBQ Sauce.These Ribs were baked in the oven. I slow-cooked the ribs in the oven.
