Biscoff Eggnog

Oh Friday am I happy to see you. It’s been a crazy week and I’m looking forward to relaxing and enjoying my Biscoff Eggnog.

An easy way to spruce up a basic Eggnog. This Eggnog that I grabbed didn’t have any nutmeg kind of weird if I must say myself. But I didn’t realize it until I began to prepare it. No worries. I added a few simple ingredients to make a delicious Eggnog treat.

The Taco Stand

If you have been following me any length of time then you know that Sundays are our family dine out day. My family and I love going out to eat after church on Sundays. A few Sundays ago we stopped in at the Taco Stand.

The Taco Stand serves authentic Tacos, Bowls, Quesadilla and much more. That are made with high quality, fresh ingredients. The flour and corn tortillas are made in house.

Pucci Cafe

Our daughter is such an animal lover. We were in the La Centerra area a few weeks ago and we stopped in at the newly opened Pucci Cafe.

Pucci Cafe is a high end dog boutique and cafe. Pucci Cafe carries high end dog accessories like clothing, leashes, collars , doggie treats and much more.

They also have a cafe that serves coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolates, pastries, desserts and chocolate.

Shrimp & Crawfish Quesadilla

Friday’s are normally Seafood night. Whether it’s Shrimp or Fish Poboy, Shrimp Pizza (recipe coming soon), Crawfish Etouffee we are always coming up with some kind of Seafood dish to enjoy.

This past Friday, I decided to make Shrimp and Crawfish Quesadilla. I have to say this one was so yummy. My kids loved these Quesadillas. Only a few simple steps.

Gatlin’s Fins & Feathers

Last Sunday my crew and I stopped in for lunch at Gatlin’s Fins and Feathers. I have to admit there was a lot of anticipation about this spot. We’ve heard so much about the food and couldn’t wait to try it out! Gatlin’s Fins and Feathers is the sibling restaurant to Gatlin’s BBQ. New restaurant concept by Acclaimed Chef/Owner Greg Gatlin located in the Heights. Serving up delicious Southern Food.
