Homemade Tartar Sauce

Fish Friday is something we have very often. Growing up in Louisiana we ate Fish on Friday every week.  When we eat fried fish tartar sauce is a must have condiment.  We didn’t have any bottled tartar sauce left from the last time we cooked fried fish. So I decided to make my own with the ingredients I had on hand.

Last Sunday my crew and I stopped in for lunch at Gatlin’s Fins and Feathers. I have to admit there was a lot of anticipation about this spot.
