I changed up my Tomato basil soup recipe by including a variety of tomatoes.

While preparing this dish, I tested a brand new knife from Town Cutler. This knife is stunning. When prepping any dish, a good knife is essential.

I do love making my own Pop-tarts. I recently created a new one that I tested on my family. My Lemon Blueberry Pop-tart. Instead of my normal Puff Pastry for the Poptarts, I used the Wick’s World class Pie crust. Wick’s Pie crust are not just for pies, but for pop-tarts.
