Popfancy Dessert Bar is a really cool concept. The theme of the dessert bar changes every month. This month is Magical Wanderlust. Based off of popular Novels like Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter, Nutcracker and a few others. The menu has something for everyone.

The menu options were so creative. It was a cool, family friendly atmosphere that both of my kids loved.

Pizza night is something that we do with our kids often. We typically make our own. For some reason it’s just so much better. We had been talking for a long time about purchasing our own Pizza oven. We researched the different options that’s on the market. After much discussion and talk about it, we finally decided to purchase the Ooni Pizza Oven. This Ooni Pizza oven is a multi-fuel cooking oven. Fueled with real wood or charcoal box with the optional gas burner. This pizza oven is portable.

Holiday Cider

Holiday Traditions are a big deal in our home. Our kids look forward to all of our holiday traditions.

One of our traditions is we decorate the our home indoors and outdoors as a family. We make a full day of it. We wear holiday pajamas, I cook gumbo (seafood gumbo recipe coming soon) and make my Holiday Cider. Oh man!!

Oh Friday am I happy to see you. It’s been a crazy week and I’m looking forward to relaxing and enjoying my Biscoff Eggnog.

An easy way to spruce up a basic Eggnog. This Eggnog that I grabbed didn’t have any nutmeg kind of weird if I must say myself. But I didn’t realize it until I began to prepare it. No worries. I added a few simple ingredients to make a delicious Eggnog treat.

The Taco Stand serves authentic Tacos, Bowls, Quesadilla and much more. That are made with high quality, fresh ingredients. The flour and corn tortillas are made in house.

Cranberry Sauce is not something that everyone loves. I am not a fan of the canned cranberry sauce. But I love to make my own. This is one of the easiest versions of Cranberry Sauce.

My Orange Cranberry Sauce Includes the delicious honey drop mandarins from H-E-B. So good.

For Thanksgiving, Rice Dressing or Cornbread dressing is always on the table. We love dressing. Substitute your dressing with this easy Eggplant Dressing. The dressing is flavorful and delicious.

A great way to incorporate vegetables in a dish and your kids won’t even notice. My kids didn’t know at all.

Eggplant is a great source of vitamins and minerals.

Our daughter is such an animal lover. We were in the La Centerra area a few weeks ago and we stopped in at the newly opened Pucci Cafe.

Pucci Cafe is a high end dog boutique and cafe. Pucci Cafe carries high end dog accessories like clothing, leashes, collars , doggie treats and much more.

They also have a cafe that serves coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolates, pastries, desserts and chocolate.
